The aim of the project - after successful manufacturing of ADAMS GENERATOR inspired VEGA, SME VERANO-DV started to create a NEW device, such as ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER that reduces consumption of network capacity by 10 times while maintaining the power of load

Power equipment of end-user will be connected to ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER - up to 5kW.
- Power consumption of the network for successful working of ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER - 0.55 kW.

A brief description.

ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER is connected to a power outlet and uses a network of 0.55 kW per hour . Electric Consumers connected to the ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER allows to use of electric power in 10 times more than it receives from the stationary electrical network. Thus end-user consumer uses a 5kW, and pays only for 0.55 kW.

Seller agrees , at the expense of their intellectual assets, to consistent with their technical development, design and produce, perform initial pre-test of new components, the first industrial design unit called ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER , based on a previously developed laboratory analogue, and ensure that test measurements in the presence of representatives of the Purchaser to commission, to establish removal of energy and charge the battery by converting and multiplying the kinetic energy of rotation of the motor-generator with a ratio of 1:3, 1:4, 1:5, 1: 10

Buyer Commits
1.To transfer the payment for assembling the first industrial unit , production implementation of primary pre-tests of the first industrial design PG SAP in full upon signing of the Treaty

2. Pay the costs for technical documentation package of ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER in full after testing the industrial unit , and giving to the seller the first industrial design and full technical documentation

Seller agrees to:
1. Use the funds received from the Buyer only for assembling , manufacture, testing the first commercial industrial model of ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER, which is the subject of the contract.
2.Do not to divulge information about ongoing development, manufacture, testing of ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER to third party.
3. Do not negotiate with third parties and not to sell a package of technical documentation of ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER to third party.

4. Not transfer the rights to the design of ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER industrial unit to third parties.
5. Sell technical documents of the industrial design unit of ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER only to the Purchaser, subject to the terms of payment by the Buyer the design, manufacture, testing the first commercial model of ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER
6.Take the part in industrial design patent Buyer of ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER as the invention in terms of co-developers
7. Transfer the first industrial unit of ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER with a package of technical documentation to the Buyer.
8. The self costs of future manufacturing of ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER will be not more than 5 000 U.S. dollars per unit ( 5 kW)

Buyer agrees to:
1. Prepaid the cost in sum 21000 USD for assembling the ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER ( to multiply 100W into 1000W)

After checking and testing with Buyer the technical parameters the Seller can assembling the ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER ( to multiply 300W into 3600W), after receiving form Buyer the next part of prepayment in sum 54 000 USD

2.Do not transfer to a third party the right to control the design, manufacture, testing the first industrial design ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER
3. Pay for the technical documentation of ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER and for industrial unit of ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER to the seller at a price agreed to in paragraph 2 "The cost and time."

4. To conduct an industrial unit patent of ADAMS GENERATOR POWER MULTIPLIER as the invention at its own expense with the compulsory inclusion of representatives of the seller in the co-developers.
